I found it difficult to find the download only section in the store. Most of the categories have a picture and that particular section does not. You might want to make with an image the same size as the rest.

Thunder,My instructions I send back to all purchasers mention the Main Menu, which is on the left of the web page. There is where the Download Library is, from which you go to the various access areas for your purchased games. I am sorry you ended up in the Store, but I think the directions were fairly explicit.Let me know if you have any more trouble accessing the files in the Download Library.Cheers,CinC

CinC,I think he is refering to ordering Download Only products through the Store, not actually downloading the product once purshased.This would be a good idea and we'll see what can be done to improve this.Thanks Thunder. :)

I also had problems with thistook me two days, and I am not yet sure I actually got it

Sorry about the hassle Darrin. Yes your order went through and you should have access to Royal Dutch Navy and The Solomons Campaign. If you have any problems with access drop the CinC a line. We will be addressing the Online Access Purchases issues at our meeting tonite. More to come. :)
