I am new to MP and have not purchased the WWII Databook yet but I would like to see how a 1943 US Combat Command (HQ Detachment) in MP style TO&E is organized. I am interested to see different opinions on how best to represent this in a MP game if it has not been organized into MP TO&E yet.The TO&E for a Combat Command (HQ detachment) consisted of:Command Post of: CO/XO/Battle Staff Planning PersonelHeadquarters Company HQ Platoon Headquarters Section with: 1 M3A1 Halftrack Admin & Supply Section with: 2 Jeep 1 Trailer 1 ton 1 Trailer Ammo Maintainance Section with: 1 M3A1 Halftrack 1 Trailer 1 ton Staff Section with: 5 M3A1 Halkftrack 3 Jeep 2 Trailer 0.25 ton Liasion Section with: 5 Jeep Light Armored Platoon with: 3 M5 Light Tanks

Ok, here is the Mein Panzer flavor:Company Headquarters (1).....HQ Platoon (1)..........HQ Section (1)...............Command Stand (1) (CoyCO)...............M3A1 Halftrack (1)..........Admin and Supply Section (1)...............Jeep w/1-ton Trailer (1)...............Jeep w/Ammo Trailer (1)..........Maintainance Section (1)...............M3A1 Halftrack w/1-ton Trailer (1)..........Staff Section (1)...............Staff Stand (1) (CoyXO)...............Jeep (1)...............Jeep w/ 1/4-Ton Trailer (2)...............M3A1 Halftrack (5)..........Liasion Section (1)...............Jeep (5).....Light Armored Platoon (1)..........M5 Stuart (3)A couple of notes:[ol][li]I generally don't include non-combat units, such as the Maintainance Section.[/li][li]The dots do not appear in the actual printed TO&E, it was the only way to get it to appear similar to the printed product.[/li][/ol]

Thanks, The comparison helps when evaluating actual battles to see how you came up with the MP versions. This understanding will help with scenario writing.
