I was wondering if the purchase of the loose-leaf GQ3 rules includes the digital version?
If so, how soon can one access the digital files? Or, do I have to wait for delivery of the loose-leaf rules and the piece of paper (green?) to register the game?
I'm ready to pull the trigger- just need this question answered
