I'll throw this out to Bob, as he is the king of data. Why is the AP OV valve for the 75mm Pak 40 ATG set a 10? This gun was at least as good as the 75L48 gun used on German AFVs which have an OV of 12. When you check sources like Hogg's German Artillery of WWII, it probably should be rated even higher. He lists zero angle penetration using Pzg39 as 148mm at 100m and 132mm at 500m.Now while you may feel that a 15 rating is too high, it should at least match the 12 rating given to the 75L48 as it is a 75L46 gun with similar projectile velocities. Using other sources, Chamberlain and Doyle's Encyclopedia of German Tanks WW2, lumps the Pak40 with the 75L48 tanks guns and gives it an aprox 130mm penetration at 100m , zero angle plate, and 120mm at 500m.I am assuming you are using 100m penetration as the basis for your AP OV value as well as zero angle plate penetration. On a side note, the PAK38 and 50L60 tank gun are rated the same.
