Question: I can’t log in, my username and password does not work.


Answer: The migration process moved most all the user data to the new software with the exception of the password. Each migrated user will need to request a password reset via the I’ve forgotten my password link. Please reference the Help Topic: Logging In and Out for additional information.


Question: After the migration I can't see my product(s) in the Private Access Library


Answer: Please generate a support request from your Client Area. Our staff will investigate the issue.
