There is reference to a scenario The Woobly Eight being a bonus file in FAI. I cannot find the file, has it yet been posted ?

That scenario has yet to be posted, but it will. It is one of the most well-balanced games we have found for WWI naval gaming.Gregory

I am now thinking about trying to run Wobbly Eight myself. I am thinking about trying it first without any light cruisers and destroyers, but I would include the British armored cruisers (CA). One thing I noticed is that the scenario description calls for three British armored cruisers but there are four shown in the British ship log attachment. Is actually supposed to be only three armored cruisers, and if so,is there any harm in giving the British all four? (I'd like to have three British players with each having four ships)

This scenario does not list a date (Year or Month) and only lists the hour. Dates matter in Naval scenarios.

Does anyone know the date this scenario takes place in (even if hypothetical).

No specfic date is noted, but based on the ships included, a rough guess at a date would be late 1915 or early 1916.

It has to be prior October 1915 because Argyll was wrecked that month. I've written it up as an alternative to Dogger Bank when I run it, hopefully in December.

There are also three RN light cruisers ship logs included as well as the fourth AC. None of which are mentioned on the Forces page, is this a mistake?.

The additional ships were included as extras to fill out the log.  They, of course, are not part of the scenario.
