These questions are based on the Basic Game rules only. ERA is WWII so no special sighting equipment is available.

My understanding is a LOS check is different from a range check provided you can not measure distance with the item being used to check LOS.

My  questions are:

1) If LOS is checked with an item not capable of giving range information (laser, string, etc...) does that disallow checking LOS from the same stand/vehicle to another potential target?

2) Does it change if they are in a vehicle?

My assumption is, it does not disallow another LOS check as people may view their surroundings in a 360 degree arc. Even so, being in a jeep is different from being in a buttoned up tank. What then?

3) If it disallows another LOS check, is that the same as a Range check which implies a shot is taken at the target?
