To all our Valued Customers,
ODGW has recently experienced a catastrophic event with our website. A service provider migration to a new server has caused severe data loss on our website. Essentially, we've lost months of data and our service provider is unable to restore the data. What does this mean?
Any site activity that occurred after 17 JUL 2021 has been lost.
- Forum Posts
- Online Sales
- Account Registrations
- Account updates (password changes for example)
- Product Registrations
This is incredibly frustrating for us and you, our customers.
The site will be back online Monday January 24th 2021. However the data recovery process will take a bit longer. We are working to recover Product and Account registrations so you will not have to re-register or lose access to the products already purchased. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recover forum postings. If you need assistance with your account you can submit a Support Ticket and we will answer them as soon as we can.
This recovery will take time as we also have our "day" jobs and family obligations.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to reconstruct the information.
