GQ3 missing components

Just to confirm: I have no Scenario Charts or Ships Logs from my loose leaf copy of GQ3 purchased from Caliver Books here in the UK on 19th April. Therefore I cannot use the rules at the moment. I am not happy because they are not a cheap set of rules. Are the ships logs available to download please.
My registration number is: 04102-0082007.
I would appreciate some help because I really want to use these rules.

I am also missing my ship logs and scenario charts. I bought the loose leaf GQ3 from Noble Knight Games via Amazon on June 6th 2018. My registration number is: 04102-0082002. Is there an online resource where I could download these?
