How shall I resolve an AA attack against a FP flying as gunnery observer? There is no FP listed in the AA CRT. Treat it as a MB/HB/TB (hardest to shoot down) or Skip Bombing (easiest)? Some FP may carry L bomb loads. Which bomb attack methods I can use: level or skip bombing?

Good questions.Section 2.17.1 on page 2-15 indicates the target vessel or battery can engage the spotting FP using Long Range AA fire as spotters normally circled out of close range AA. If a FP flies within Close Range (2,500 yds and altitude Level 3), it could be engaged with Close Range AA.A FP could employ its bombload in a level bomber, glide bomb or DC attack. They were not stressed for dive bomb attacks and crews were not trained for skip bomb attacks. While not specifically stated, FPs would normally not carry a bombload on a spotting mission in order to maximize their loiter time. DCs were generally carried for ASW patrols while bombs were employed by pilots with hyperactivity and probably more guts than brains.LONNIE

I believe that if FP is not carrying any bomb load or is only interested in the most expected role i.e. gunnery spotting, the aircraft is hit by LR/CR AA fire with the HB/MB/TB profile. Am I correct? It is not stated directly anywhere.

You are correct. That's consistent with what's generally a level flight profile.LONNIE

One of my flying boat reference books DOES cite the Supermarine Walrus doing dive bombing attacks. I suppose those may well have been in the "hyperactive more guts than brains" category! Still, I might just try having HMAS Albatross launch a DB strike one of these days!
