Historicon 2008 Gamemasters Request

I know this may seem like a jumping-the-gun type of post with Cold Wars 2008 looming, but believe me it isn't. ODGW is looking for prospective gamemasters for any of ODGW's games for Historicon 2008. With the recent notice by the HMGS-East/Historicon 2008 staff that tables will be tight, we will still be using the Host Room to run games for the convention. However, any table not utilized by us will be offered back up to Game Coordinator for convention use. We would like to fill the room with ODGW games if possible and want to support gamemasters of our games with the table space and whatever they need that we can provide to run their game(s) with success. So if you would like to run a game we can provide table space and support (any terrain and minis that we have) for your game. There is a deadline involved: April 7th, 2008. I must have your game writeup by this deadline. This deadline is necessary as it allows me to plan the table space and complete the entry form for the room which must be submitted to the Convention Game Coordinator by April 11th, 2008. The importance of this deadline is that this is the deadline to make the Convention PEL, which is a requirement to get FREE ADMISSION to the entire convention. Any gamemasters missing this deadline will have to pay to enter the convention.A note on the Host Room: we have 3 x 6' by 10' tables and 5 x 5' by 8' tables in the room. It has a bathroom and a break area that we use to eat lunch/snacks and store necessities and game materials. The room is locked by security nightly (around 8pm) and can only be unlocked by one of our staff contacting hotel security. So the room is definitely secure to store your game materials during the convention.
