Anyone know of a book (preferred) or a website that has a comprehensive list of small arms used during the French Revolution and/or Napoleonic Wars? I would like something that lists some statistics like muzzle velocity, maximum range, etc ... but I'll be happy at this point in time with just a good list of all the various weapons, but common and obscure. Thanks!

Haythornthwaite did a book on napoleonic equipment that answers some of your questions and Otto von Pivka (a pseudonym) wrote Armies of the Napoleonic Era some 30 years ago, which answrs a fair bit. No one did much scientific study to the level you desire, as it was considered unnecessary.I own those and more...you can contact me off line ... if you are confused as to who I am, ask Greg or Lonnie.
