Can I use updates 1 and 2, as they state that they are not yet in the correct format.

Sorry, my fault. Update1 and Update2 ARE formatted to insert into your book. The other files will ultimately become Update3 and they are not.Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for pointing it out.
