Has anyone used this rule? Somehow it does not seem like it belongs in a horse & musket era game. I cannot think of cases where units were treated that way, i.e., overrun, unless they failed to react, which is a situation already covered by the charge rules.Gregory

One of the things that bothers me most about this rule is that it arbitrarily allows an attacker to deny a defender the right to react to a charge. Barring anyone giving me a good reason why it should stay in the game, it is a strong candidate for deletion.Cheers,Gregory
