It mentions if the escort for the supply mission is engaged the max deduction is at a -3, but if the supply missiion is engaged no roll is made to effect the TAC index. Escourt isnt a command decision, so do we need to make a distinction in a attack on a supply mussion between damage taken in the DD' et al escort, vs the transports? This can get blurry with the use of DD's as transports...
