So, as I calculate it, 1 knot is equal to 100 yards of movement in 3 minutes, or about 5 MF using the Medium gauge.

 

So, an average ship has 10 MF in each phase under Easy Sail, so am I right in thinking that's 6 knots? Do I have the maths right?
