Hi,our italian player wants to know, why he is punished with bad ammuntion as he thinks his AP values are already bad enough. Can somebody explain?

I am not sure where in the rules or in the Databook it details that the Italians are required to use Low Quality Ammo. The MP Core rules outlines what countries probably had the Low Quality Ammo type but the use of the Ammo Quality table is strictly player optional.As an explaination of why the AP values as they are, the AP values for all countries are what is currently found and available. The game uses the actual documented AP of the round. The quality of that round is not documented in this calculation since the actual documented test cases use the best ammo. Bottom line is that the Italian AP rounds were not good. The quality of the ammo made them even worse.
