How shall I resolve an AA fire against non-strafing fighters cruising at 2-9 lvl? Did I get it right, flying at 10+ level is 'safe' from Long Range fire?

Use the MB • HB • TB scale to resolve AA attacks at fighters flying past at Level 2 - 9.Aircraft flying at altitude Level 10 [30,000 feet +] cannot be engaged with AA fire as they are beyond Long Range. In the WW II era, few weapons had the slant range to reach that altitude and high angle fire control systems were not designed to provide effective fire control solutions at that height.LONNIE
