Hi, With the new rules I see the flamethrower as a support wearpon, so when it comes to the infantry flamethrower what is its strength. The OV value for it when combined with a stand like rifle what is its new OV. What is the vehical OV and I have german halftracks with flamethrowers mounted on them what is their point cost, cant seem to find it.Thank you,Andrew

Until you get an official answer, this might help:In the Germany section of the Data Book, pg. 53.03.14 'Infantry Weapons', there are stats for a man-portable flamethrower.On pg. 53.03.5 'Assault Guns' there are stats for the SdKfz 251/16, with 2 flamethrowers... I don't know if that's the one you want, but it's a start.-Kle.

Don't have the rulebook or data book with me at the moment - but I am pretty sure you do not combine flamethrower attacks with any other attack. This is genrally true of attacks that use templates in the game, they are not combined with any other attack.The ODGW guys will be able to give you a definitive answer.

Flamethrower attacks are not combined.The flamethrower stand as it listed in the Small Arms section is for the small arms attack (rifle componenet only) of the stand and NOT the flamethrower attack. The flamethrower attack stats are listed in the appropriate country's Infantry Weapons section of the Equipment tables. Typical infantry flamethrowers have a 7f HE OV 12f HE FP value and the ranges vary with the country and type of flamethrower.As to the point costin your example of the German Halftrack with the flamethrower (Sdkfz251/16) the point cost is already built into the point value listed for the vehicle.Hope this help clarify your questions.
