Indeed, they were his own work scanning in line drawings from books, coloring, and then re-sizing. Mind you, I have done this too, and it is not anywhere near as hard as it first appears. I expect you are going to be very surprised the next time you see Shokaku in any of our "TSC" games. Now if I can find some deck line drawings for the USN ships, I will be all set.Gregory
