Ave -Just downloaded the Amendment 1 files. Everything looks fine except the gunnery charts - they are garbled. Is there a custom font that I need or was there a conversion error?Regards -James

James,I just double-checked the download of those files, and they came out clear as a bell for me. There should be no need for a custom font. When you say "garbled," what exactly do you mean? I just downloaded the files and when I open the gunnery chart file I also see a lot of non-standard characters displayed on the screen. By non-standard characters I mean wrenchs, tiny "&", and various mathmatical signs throughout the charts.The ship logs also display similar irregularities.Thanks

Same problem for me, the GQ3 Amendment 1 Campaign, Aerial & Scenario charts.pdf and GQ3 Amendment 1 Surface Gunnery Charts.pdf files appear corrupted.Note: this is on my work computer wher I have Adobe Reader 7.0.I'll try later today at home where I think I have 8.0.

The downloads are optimized for Adobe Reader 8.0.CinC

I've got 8.0 running and it came out fine for me.

The files won't read properly using the earlier pdf readers due to the files being set-up with Adobe's version 8. The best solution is to download the latest version (its free, BTW) from Adobe's website. That should fix the problem. (Had the same problem; my home computer has version 8.1.1 and the files read fine; my work system has version 7.0 and the files were garbled).

I've tried downloading the Amendment 1 files and they all come down fine except GQ3 Amendment 1 rules.pdf and GQ3 Amendment 1 Turn Indicator.pdf - both turn out to be 0 byte files even though the file info in the download library shows them to be bigger than 0 bytes.I have tried Firefox & Opera to download - IE 6 will not let me log into the site.I have Adobe 8.
