Just got the rules, thanks for the quick turn around. Under the line of fire it states that you measure from the forward funnel of the firing ship to the forward funnel of the target ship, what is the forward funnel? and how does it apply to a broadside shot? Thanks

Hey Greg,The forward funnel is the front smoke stack on a ship. Note that there are some ships that have only one smoke stack. This would apply to any measurement for range between ships no matter what the ships facing. This provides a common and easy point to measure ranges.
