I'm planning a Med campaign, and while re-reading my GQIII rules I ran across a reference to Mare Nostrum (and Operation Landcrab). I found Operation Landcrab, but a manual search and a search-engine search of the forum both came up dry. Did anything ever come of Mare Nostrum? If not, is anything planned? (If not, I'll eventually share mine when I get it together.)
Mare Nostrum is being reworked into a new game using the same system used in The Solomons Campaign and Sudden Storm, Unfortunately, the project has been put on hold as a result of several serious 'real world' problems' (such as your erstwhile moderator being unemployed for five months). At this point, I really can't speculate as to when the project will get back on track.

I'm sorry for the misfortune. I've been there myself. Thanks for the quick response.
Thanks! Yeah, a real 'character building experience' as some call it (yeah, right....). Luckily, I landed a new gig within the last month, so that's over (I hope...).
Hopefully we're get back on 'Mare Nostrum' soon. In the meantime, we have a new freebie GQ 3 supplement coming out within the next 2 months or so. So, as they say, 'Watch this space'....

I've got most of the Italian fleet based and painted vs Cunningham's Alexandria fleet plus elements of Force H.
Please let me know as and when anything develops.
Thanks, Phil

Edit to add: By the way, my compliments to all hands on the Merchant Ship System. It's a gold mine.

Mare Nostrum is being redone for inclusion in the "Decisions at Sea" series, so you are not missing anything. We would still love to see your campaign AARI'm planning a Med campaign, and while re-reading my GQIII rules I ran across a reference to Mare Nostrum (and Operation Landcrab). Unfortunately, Mare Nostrum has been put on indefinite hold due to time (and real life) constraints.
