Spliting Units?

Can you split units during a movement? Like leaving a couple of stands behind to guard a bridge or camp.

While not in the rules, you can do this. Any combat these stands perform, as well as any morale checks, would be without the benefit of an officer. So apply the appropriate penalties.

:evil: We talk about this at FAll-in.Units that are detached should have troop quality of parent unit.Discussan was brought up when AWI British Lights were detached in a game.Jon we may wish to look at these situationsIMHO:woohoo: Don
