On 7/27/2018 I ordered digital downloads of the Solomons Campaign and Post Captain.  I got confirmation from my CC that the payment was made, but to date I have not received notice I can download the items.  When I ordered the printed materials, I got amazingly fast response.  I have sent an e-mail through "Contact Us" and have received no answer.  I never received confirmation that ODGW received my digital order.

 

I understand small businesses, I am not upset or anything, but I would be able to download my stuff!  LOL  Have I missed something obvious?

I apologize for the confusion.  Currently our system does not send a separate email with the download link.  Once a purchase for a book or rule items (physical or digital) access is granted at the time of purchase.  After the purchase has been completed, navigating to the Private Access Library will allow access to the newly purchased items.

Additionally, the Client Area of your profile will also show products purchase from the ODGW Online Store and links to download the items.

 

We are looking into streamlining this process in the future to prevent confusion.
