The title says it all; the file is labelled "Broken" and, although the file can be downloaded, it can't be saved or printed. There's no great hurry on my part but at some point I'd like to get my rulebook.

So far downloads tests of the file has been successful. I've not been able to reproduce results similar to what you've experienced.
Which browser are you using when downloading the file? Are the results the same if a different browser is used?
