I have the original hard-copy 3.0 purchased from ODGW with the 3 punched holes per page, and the later downloaded 3.3 PDF.  I am hoping to update to 3.3 without reprinting the entire thing. 

 

QUESTION:  Is there a list of changed pages somewhere, to allow me to reprint just the needed 3.3 PDF pages? 

 

QUESTION:  Any suggestions as to how to explain to companies like Staples (office supply chain) that despite the copyright mark on each page, that we are allowed to have them print portions of this PDF?  My local branch has been very unhelpful in this regard, probably on instructions from their legal department.
