It used to be I could peruse the Forum without logging on, and then logon if I wanted to post something or view/download an attachment.

 

A couple of days ago something changed.  Prior to logging on, I can only view a couple of the sections: e.g. Announcements & Feedback, Website Support and Form Submissions.

 

Frankly, I preferred it the way it used to be...

Nothing has changed on the web site.  I cannot explain why you experienced that issue.
