I have my first game coming up and am learning the rules. The intiative thing is confusing to me. If I have 40 zombies on the board, I'm supposed to have one card assigned to each Zombie and one card to each hero? So that I know who goes next? How would I keep up with what card goes to what Zombie? How about a Roll a die and odd, heroes go first, even Zombies all go first. 

 

On Rolling a natural 20 when, if I am not using ammo rules then a 11-18 means I'm out of ammo instead of dropping it. And I must use a free action to reload. Sound right>?

Another question...5.3 refers to "Targets Value of a weapon". and it says "Hits can be assigned to a number of targets up to the targets value of the weapon". 

 

I don't find anything on weapons charts for "Targets value of a weapon". I did find "max kills" Is that the same thing?
