"On Rolling a natural 20 when, if I am not using ammo rules then a 11-18 means I'm out of ammo instead of dropping it. And I must use a free action to reload. Sound right>? "
This is different when not using the Ammo Rule.
It does not cost any action to reload the weapon after a natural 20. You must have ammo and reduce your available ammo by 1.
You would not be able to fire within the same action.
Example: You use your free Attack and have 3 shots from your weapon. On the first shot you roll a '20' then roll a '15' - out of ammo. You would lose the other 2 shots.
If you still had your free action and a load of ammo you could should that weapon again during your free action.
You can use part of the Ammo Rule if you want. The game just needs to be fun!
"I don't find anything on weapons charts for "Targets value of a weapon". I did find "max kills" Is that the same thing? "
Yes that is correct. I was toying with the term to use and must have missed correcting it in 5.3. I will add to my errata for the next release. Thanks
I hope you enjoy the game and if you have any other questions let me know.
