I'm not sure of the exact law, but I think we're ok. You can sell brake pads that happen to fit a Ford but you can't say "Brake Pads for your Ford" without their permission. About 10 years ago TSR went on a rampage and sued anyone who used the terms AD&D, D&D, Hit Point, and numerous other "trademarked" terms. They won too. They also lost a lot of business over the bad PR.I can't image someone wanting to write a scenario book for MP and selling it, and I probably won't object if they did, but I want to keep a handle on anything that might pop up. If MP starts to overtake Game$ Work$hop, I worry about it then. :woohoo: Thanks for pointing it out though ... if I stumble across some better wording I'll change it.No Mein Panzer related documents may be sold without the written consent of ODGW.You might want to check with a lawyer on the written consent part. This seems akin to saying you can't sell a car seat cover, brake pads, etc... for s GM, Ford, etc... vehicle without their written consent. I'm not sure your statement holds water legally. Just want to make sure you are covered as I really like MP materials. Keep up thr good work!
