Answer:

Products purchase via the ODGW Online Store can be downloaded after your purchase has been completed.  

Products registered via the ODGW Product Registration form will be available to download after the registration form has been processed by ODGW Staff.

Products registered to your account (either through the ODGW Online store or ODGW Product Registration form) can be downloaded from the Private Access Library.
