I noticed that the British 7.5" gun is not on the British Gunner Chart? What gun do you use?

Only two ships carried the 7.5", Frobisher and Hawkins. Neither saw much frontline service and by the end of the war were used as training ships. A WWI design, the 7.5" was easily outclassed in range and power by later 8" and some 6" designs. As to which gun in the charts comes close to its performance, probably the best choice would be the Italian 7.5" (which is actually a Skoda design the Italians received as a result of reparations from Austria-Hungary).Hope this helps....

I have done my own charts for this and other guns, based on available information.  I think that the British 7.5" in the Hawkins class were a little better than the Skoda 7.5" (and in any case the Italian chart groups the 7.5" with the 6", which is quite wrong for the British 7.5"). It had a shorter range but a heavier shell than the Italian 6". Likewise the 7.5" in the Averoff in the Balkan Navies chart had a shorter range due to lesser elevation (I think).    I give it the following values:-

21,000    ½ CL

18, 000    ½ CS

15,000     1 CL

12,000      1+ CL

9,000       1+ - 2 CA

6,000       1+ - 2 BD

3,000      1+ - 3 BC

I would post my chart in PDF form if I knew how to do that in this forum.
