Currently you can only repair 1 damaged area (bulkhead, fire, sensor etc)per ship per turn. As an optional rule allow a ship to repair up to 2 different areas but at half the chance rounded down simulating splitting up of damage control parties. Eg the normal Royal Navy Damage Control rolls for Bulkhead/Fires is 1-6 & Eng/Rudder is 1-5 these would become 1-3 and 1-2 respectivley. The commander has to decide whether to split or not before any rolls are made.
