Turning Guage Question

Gents, what size / scale is the plastic turning guage for that costs $10.99? Is it 1" = 100y or is it 1cm = 100y? I assume it is one of them since the halfsize $4.99 guage is 1cm = 200y

I'm looking for 1cm = 100y, btw.
