Is there any design notes on whether bomber payloads are considered for their ordnance? While it makes sense that 4 1000 kg bombs from a B-24 level bomber have a similar chance to hit a target as a single 1000 kg bomb from a Stuka, does it make as much sense when the B-24 is skip bombing? It can also carry almost an order of magnitude more 500 kg bombs than a G3M Nell, yet again that numerical advantage seems overlooked in the rules. Was this just a simplification to smooth air operations, or am I missing some details?
