I struggled whether I should post this here or at Sub Ops, but I will here ask anyway. Since the later T class submarines is capable of firing a 8 torpedo salvo front and they are shown to have 4 ① torpedo tubes, both 1 and 8 are not listed in the Torpedo CRT table so how should we handle this?

I would suggest you fire spreads of 2-6 torpedoes.  If you want to launch 8, do it as two spreads of 4.
