On Chart 9J when a critical hit is rolled, do you use the table on Chart 7? If using Chart 7 is appropriate, what are the effects of a Fire Control or Ammunition hit on a sub? I suppose you can rationalize the fire control computer is OOA resulting in a shift down for future torpedo shots, or for ammunition there is a hot running torpedo on board.
