Approach route of Mikawa's force from Rabaul and Kavieng (upper left), pausing off the east coast of Bougainville (center) and then traveling down The Slot to attack Allied naval forces off Guadalcanal and Tulagi (lower right)

You can find where I uploaded the image to the ODGW gallery first.

So, I upload the image to the gallery and then attach it to the post?

Hope this helps.

If it helps me finally figure out how to post images on the forum then I'd consider that a very great help indeed and thanks.

Kenny, no apology is needed, and I appreciate the attempt to help me with my rather pathetic computer skills. The only reason that I even want to be able to post images is to add maps to my AARs. I try to be descriptive with the way I word them giving compass headings and whatnot, but maps cannot be anything but an improvement. I don't do pics anymore, so its maps or wordy AARs.

Yes, I can access the tutorial now and it explained what I was doing wrong before. Again, thanks and I'll start adding maps to my AARs.
