We had a Jap bombardment mission arriving to find a US supply mission. Approach started (squalls on the way...)  then the weather turned to Force 8 and visibility 5000y. I (jap) decided to wait a few turns (hove to) . The Us could not land stuff anymore. No more weather changes for 10 turns, I assumed the japs would abort. I assumed the US too would not stay for nothing and scoot in the night rather than wait for aunt Betty in daytime.

So what happens to the index and missions?

   no US supply?

   no bombardement?

That is odd ball weather, and I can see the dilemma. As much as I hate to admit it, I fear that the weather basically aborted the turn. I just had a similar occurrence in DTMB when weather got so bad (full Gail) that it aborted the IJN's initial landings at Kota Bahru-Singora. As it was the pre-game Turn 0 start option, I just started over again. That is probably the best answer if this GT1. If not, then I'd leave it up to the IJN player if he wants to continue as is or start over. The reality of TSC for the IJN is that they win by the end of GT3 or they don't win at all barring some Miricale. I've played or run TSC over 6 times now and DTMB over 9 and that is the first time that ever happened to me. I would not leave it to the Allied player as IMHO an aborted GT 1 through 3 that allows him to retain Henderson Field is a sure bet in his favor and it really hurts the IJN's chances.
