1-15 February 1942

The WAF sortied invasion convoys against Banka and Palembang on Sumatra and against Batavia on Java. These would all succeed as they were unopposed. The RN had withdrawn PoW and transferred everything else to Surabaya. The Singapore Index went 5 and Singapore fell.

The Dutch abandoned Batavia and transferred everything to Surabaya. The Delft had to be withdrawn for repair as she was crippled.

TF 5 took Phoenix as a CD reinforcement.

Force X sortied a sweep from Darwin into the Eastern Axis. Perth was still under repair.

The EAF took Maya as a CD reinforcement. The withdrawal of all Allied capital ships required the withdrawal of the Kongos. The EAF sortied invasion convoys against Makassar on Celebes and Dilli and Koepang on Timor. The EAF lacked the required CD to sortie a CG.

Force X got mauled a bit and withdrew allowing all the EAF invasions to succeed.
