I will be running a Mein Panzer micro armor game at Sand Wars 2025.  The dates are June 7th and 8th and in Chandler, Arizona.  If anyone is interested in playing in my game please let me know.

My game for this event will be "Stemming the Tide".  This is an East Front scenario set in August 1943 after Kursk.  The Russians are primarily on the offensive and the Germans primarily on the defensive.  To accommodate new players as well as keeping the game fairly simple rules-wise, this one will be pretty much armored vehicles only.  No infantry or artillery or air power this time in order to keep the game moving along fairly quickly and not burdening the game players (or game master = me) with too many extra rules to remember.

We played this scenario in December with 4 players and it went pretty well.

What, no Sturmoviks? Sounds like a grand time, Peter; if I was even close to Arizona I'd make it a point to swing by. Hope you guys have fun!

Thank you very much, Healey!  I would love to have you come by if you ever have the opportunity.  Back in the old days, when I did a lot of traveling, I was able to attend Historicon.  It is a long way to go there from Phoenix on a special trip so I fully understand.

I am prepping for Sand Wars which is on June 7th and 8th.  In order to help get ready, I will be running a Mein Panzer game on May 3rd at Imperial Outpost games in Glendale, AZ.  This will be another run at my "Stemming the Tide" scenario which I ran in December.

I have 4 players for the game right now with 1 of them having some long term experience with the rules, 1 having played once in my December game, and 2 others that have never played Mein Panzer before.  At least 3 or 4 previous players could not make it and another, sadly, is moving out of the State.
