I'm looking al a Vickers Quad AA tank and it uses 4 MMG in a turret. Under the combat stats it says Small Arms +3. I get the Small Arms reference, what does the +3 mean? If I'm attacking infantry am I correct I would roll D20 for each of the 4 guns firing at same target and then adjust Kill number by +3?

Dan,

Are you looking in the WWII Databook?  If so then I'll reivew once I get home and try to answer.   BTW, all stats questions (threads) are best placed in their respective Databook forums.

Most appreciated.

Hi Dan,

The +3 means that you will add 3 to the Firepower (FP) value for the appropriate range of the Bren 7.62mm LMG. So, if you were firing the gun at a target at 12" away in the open then the base FP would be 3 with a +3 for a total of 6. The +3 was a playability determination to reduce die rolling while accounting for the multiple guns. I'll make a note to add a statement in Chapter 9, page 9.3 Combat Stats section to explain this.
