So I created some rules for Martian Tripods and pitted US and Wehrmacht forces against a trio of the invaders.  Just finished the session with my gaming group and everyone had a great time, they had never played MP before and really enjoyed the system, think this will lead to some more traditional scenarios down the road.  I’ve attached the background I created for the game as well as some photos.  The humans managed to defend the village from the invaders.

Apparently the battle was so intense that the photos all flipped upside down, sorry not sure why it did that

It looks like everyone had a good time and that is a good gateway to get some folks into historical gaming.  Yes, the pictures are upside down but still look good.

Before I read the AAR, I presumed these battles were south of the equator.
