after several critical hits, I want to receive CH as a targrt and was disappointed when deal CH. Why? A lot of fkooded ammmo, fourth engineering etc. I long for ordinary hull box.IMHO Critical Hit + fire will be better solution.

ragozd,That's an interesting option for multiple Critical Hits as a way of expressing cumulative damage. The damage rules in the Third Edition are much more location specific than the original GQ. This option, like another suggestion to allow Hull hits when all secondary armament boxes have been hit (an old wargaming technique), affect the pace of the game. Some may wish to trade a bit of detail for faster play.Let us know how your optional rule works out when you've had a chance to playtest it for a while. Also, how many critical hits should be accumulated before this option for adding a Fire takes affect?

I still working on my house rules - I've add fire to ammo critical and bulkhedad to engieneering. Should be enough.
