The fight in the village continues – a platoon of T34’s push forward in the back right of the picture but the veteran Germans and Spaniards infantry make them pay for their boldness. Posted Image

A small stream and ravine divides Krutik into two – the Soviets have cleared one side. (there is no report of Krutik having a ravine or stream but this was added for game and balance purposes.) Posted Image

T34’s on the other side of the ravine keep the Germans suppressed and pinned while the Soviets regroup. Posted Image

An overview of the battle. In the foreground German Mklll’s control Flak hill. To the left of the hill are the regrouping T34’s previously driven off the hill. The far side of the Krutik is under Soviet control. Posted Image

The Soviets attempt an infantry assault around the ravine, but despite close support from the T34's there is too much open ground to cover and it is repulsed. Posted Image

The Soviets then attempt to assault directly across the ravine but this to fails. The Germans however can not easily counter-attack as the MGs on the T34’s are ever present. Posted Image

Trotsky,Excellent AAR, as usual! If you have time, it would be great if these scenarios could be written up. They appear well-balanced and have the right number of forces. Thanks!Gregory

Yes, Excellent Trotsky! :) I second Gregory on submitting your scenarios. They sound like a lot of fun and well balanced.
