With refernce to "Movement Plot" page 1-3.Is each P or S plotted a 30 dgree turn or an 18 degree turn.180 degrees divided by 10 equals 18 degrees.Where have I gone wrong?

Nope, you didn't go wrong. Each tick on the turn gauge is 18 degrees. In the example on page 1-3, substitute 18 degrees for 30 degrees.The 30 degree mention is a missed hold over from a previous design for the turn gauge (which was changed during playtest).
