Anyone have any thoughts on how you handle damage to port facilities through naval or air bombardment. Even if you are bombing a ship in a harbour bombs that 'miss' may damage port facilities and or POL ? Unless I am imagining (and have now lost GQ2) there were some campaign rules for damage to ports. Thanks
