Bellatrix, Fuller, McCawley and Zeilin are all listed on the Allied at start OOB under other ships. However Bellatrix and Fuller are also listed as reinforcements on GT 2 and McCawley and Zeilin are listed on GT 3. So my question is; are they present at the start or are they reinforcements?

The initial start OOB would be the correct one. Fuller and Bellatrix both participated in the initial landings.Bellatrix, Fuller, McCawley and Zeilin are all listed on the Allied at start OOB under other ships.
