With the German armour mopping up the remains of the Soviet armour - an infantry battle breaks out by the bridge.

The scenario still needs some work. The Soviets had not occupied the town long before the Germans arrived so giving them prepared positions does not seem appropriate. I will consider giving the Soviets additional air power and maybe some artillery – historically these two elements played a significant role in all aspects of Operation Bagration.Historically the Germans did not manage to take the bridge, and the Germans suffered terrible casualties in their attempt to break out at Titkova and other places along the line.

Trotsky,Marvelous stuff here -- looks like you have the beginning of a campaign! Love those paper buildings, too. There were a couple of those in our last game in the Race for Leningrad campaign, of which the second battle of Round 2 will be played next Saturday. Thanks!Gregory
